Late Cancellation/No Show Policy

Please take note of our cancellation policy.

If you need to cancel an appointment for any reason please do this with more than 24 hours notice.

-If you do not give 24 hours notice or no show to your appointment you will be charged 50% of your appointment price.

Patch Testing

Some treatments require a patch test 48 hours prior. Please ensure you have had this to avoid disappointment as we shall not be able to carry out the treatment without it. You will need an appointment for patch testing, we will contact you once you have booked your treatment to arrange this.
